Privacy Policy  

We at Pure Brandz, strive to create a safe online experience for all of our users and subscribers. To do this we value respecting your privacy and strive to offer the highest quality user experience to you.

We collect personally identifiable information you volunteer, like your name, mailing address, e-mail address, gender and phone number when you purchase a product, participate in a competition by us, join our newsletter or subscribe to our social media accounts. We do not sell or share your data to others and only use this information so as to craft an easy user experience with us. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Additionally, we may also automatically collect your IP and referring website addresses, browser types and Google search words used. We also can track activity on the website in a general sense, knowing how many clicks occurred on this web page and what links were clicked on. This helps us gauge how to improve our website.

Orders & Delivery

Pure Brandz processes all orders between 9am and 5pm (AEST) Monday to Friday. Orders within Australia are processed within 48 hours and dispatched within 10 working days or usually faster unless otherwise specified. Delivery to other countries can take up to 14 working days. Once orders have been sent you will receive an email from a member of the Pure Brandz team confirming delivery. Should any details be incorrect you should notify Pure Brandz with any changes immediately.

All orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers or Locked Bags.

Our deliveries are sent via Australia Post and we provide a consignment or tracking number once your goods are dispatched so you can trace your parcel. Should you have any queries regarding a delivery please contact us directly at sales@purebrandz.com and a customer service representative will assist you.

Important information about delivery times
All delivery times are indications only (as provided by the individual delivery service), and indicate the time it would normally take for delivery once the goods are dispatched from Pure Brandz. You will be advised via email or phone of any substantial delays in shipment.

 

30 Day Refund or Exchange Policy

We allow refunds or exchange for all full price goods returned within 30 days of purchase. All sale items have a 14 day refund or exchange policy. SAMPLE SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. The returned goods, other than faulty items, must be returned in a resalable condition (tags still attached, unwashed and unworn).  We will require proof of purchase, like a copy of the receipt or verification of order email. You will need to contact us to arrange a return number.  Pure Brandz will not accept any goods back without this number.

We recommend that you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims, as we cannot be responsible for items should they be lost in transit. You will need to pay for shipping to us unless otherwise specified. Also depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds Process (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. From there, we will process your refund or product exchange (this will need to occur in the 30 days Return & Refund Policy window to be applicable {14 days for sale items}) and update you. If seeking a refund and returned item(s) meet all point of sale conditions, we will credit you the amount to your original payment method within 10 days.
